Refund Eligibility:
Doctor Cancellation or Non-Appearance: If a doctor cancels an appointment after accepting the request, or if they fail to show up for the scheduled appointment, the patient is entitled to a full refund of any payment made.
Patient Cancellation: If a patient cancels an appointment, refunds are not granted. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage patients to notify us as soon as possible to discuss any exceptional cases.

Refund Process:

Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Patient Non-Appearance: Refunds will not be granted if the patient fails to attend the scheduled appointment without prior cancellation.
Completed Appointments: Once an appointment has been successfully completed, refunds will not be issued.

Dispute Resolution:
